Working Monday through Thursday makes me really appreciate my Fridays home with Brock. I love this special time just he and I have together. We started our day out with a stroll around the park. Brock listened to the birds chirping, dogs barking and saw ducks swimming in the pond. It was a pretty morning with big puffy clouds in the sky. He likes to ride and take it all in.
Then for lunch we took Grandpa to Luby's. This was Brock's first time at Luby's. All the ladies there liked him and told him what a cutie he was.
I was so proud of Brock. He sat great in his high chair the whole time and grinned at Grandpa while eating his puffs. He did great. All three of us enjoyed the lunch a lot. We will have to do it again soon.
Grandpa told me all about you taking him to lunch. He forgot what the name of the place was, but he loved going! He just smiled and smiled the whole time talking about it. He said Brock was really good at getting food from his hand to his mouth and seemed so smart! He mostly liked going to lunch with a "pretty girl."
