Kevin and I decided we would get more use from our office as a play room for Brock than we were actually getting from the office. So we moved the computer to our room and started working on cleaning out the room.
When I mentioned it to my Mom she said she and Dad would like to help and got this really cool wall mural we picked out for Brock online. This is the train table my Dad made for Matthew 8 years ago. We have had it waiting in our garage for the last few months for just the right time. Well, the wall mural finally came this week and Dad and Kevin were able to put it up today while Brock was taking his nap.
Pretty cool to wake up from a nap and find a train room!
He played and played and played and played some more. Seriously. He played for two straight hours after his nap and then again when we got home from dinner until bed time. He even had to wear his Thomas pjs to bed.
It was so neat to see him figuring out how the magnets worked. He quickly learned to turn the car around if it was not the right end. He also thought the timber loader was pretty cool and was very proud of himself when he worked it correctly.
