This past week I made and sold 20 dozen Thanksgiving cookies! That is the most I have ever made by myself. I did it to earn a little extra Christmas money. I have fun making them and feel a great sense of accomplishment when they are done. Honestly though there where times when I felt a little overwhelmed. Mostly because I can only work on them after Brock goes to sleep at night. That makes for one tired Momma the next day at work. I have already committed to 6 dozen cookies in December, but I think that is all I am going to accept this month because I want to make some for my friends and family too.
