Today my family went over to Lauraleigh's house and had an ice cream party. Just for the fun of it! I made home made vanilla malt ice cream, and Lauraleigh and mom provided all the yummy toppings.
All Brock wanted was the M&Ms.
After ice cream Papa played trains with the boys. Brock loves the trains! Papa even lets him honk the horn over and over. One day Papa will get Brock a train of his own, just like he did for Matthew and Daniel.
We stayed and watched a movie while Brock took his nap. "Soul Surfer", a trued story about a surfer girl who got her arm bit off by a shark. It was very good and appropriate for any age. I love laid back afternoons spent with family.
